No Service Agreement Created by Website Alone

Using the site, requesting early access, submitting a form, requesting a quote, or communicating through the site does not by itself create a client, contractor, advisory, fiduciary, managed-services, or other formal service relationship.

Paid services, subscriptions, support, consulting, implementation, hosting, and managed services are governed by the written agreements, proposals, statements of work, order forms, or invoices accepted by the parties. If those documents conflict with these Terms of Use, the separate service agreement controls.

Accuracy and Informational Nature of Content

We work to keep the site current, but we do not guarantee that it is complete, accurate, error-free, or continuously up to date. Site content is general information and may change without notice.

The site may use or link to third-party services, software, content, and websites. Sidekick HQ Inc. does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, policies, or practices. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies.

If you send information through a form, early-access request, upload, message, or feedback channel, you represent that you have the right to provide it and agree not to submit unlawful, misleading, infringing, defamatory, or malicious material.

You authorize Sidekick HQ Inc. to use the submission as reasonably necessary to respond, evaluate the request, provide services, manage early access, or improve business processes. Do not submit highly sensitive personal information through general forms unless we specifically request it through an approved secure method.

We may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the site without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the site will always be secure or free from bugs, malware, or other harmful components.

• errors, interruptions, downtime, or inaccuracies;

• malware, viruses, or harmful components.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the minimum amount permitted by applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sidekick HQ Inc. and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and costs arising from your misuse of the site, violation of these terms, infringement of another person’s rights, or submissions and communications through the site.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Alberta, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Any dispute relating to the site or these terms will be brought exclusively before courts located in Alberta unless applicable law requires otherwise.
